Charleston Jazz is a non-profit organization devoted to music of jazz centered in Charleston SC and the low country. The South Carolina low country is one of the orginal birthplaces of this musical artform. Charleston Jazz is committed to the growth of jazz through the Charleston Jazz Orchestra, The Charleston Jazz festival and The Charleston Jazz Academy.
