Grades 4-7 | Royal BC Museum presents BC's Mountain Dinosaur - Nov 20, 2019 12:10pm EST
About this event:
Join palaeontologist and evolutionary biologist Dr. Victoria Arbour at the Royal BC Museum. From the museum’s Pocket Gallery, Victoria will lead us through the story of ‘Buster’, a new species in a rare family of dinosaurs called Leptoceratopsidae (cousins Tricerotops). Found out how Buster’s skeleton was discovered and how it helps us understand what British Columbia was like during the Age of Dinosaurs, 67 million years ago.
