About this event:
Created by Streamable Learning
Mt. Washington is famous for its extreme weather, but few get to experience its fury. Join observatory staff for a program which examines the forces behind winter weather events – such as blizzards, nor’easters, lake-effect snow, freezing rain, and extreme cold. We’ll apply simple concepts and personal experience to understand the storms that produce New England’s extreme winter weather events.
